PLACEMENT OF SECURITIES

Please be advised that the Company has formerly completed the placement of 20,000,000 ordinary fully paid shares at \$0.06 per share to assist in the acquisition of the Bronzewing assets as previously announced on 15 June 2004.

In accordance with ASIC Class Order 02/1180, the Company advises that there is no information to disclose of that kind that would be required to be disclosed under subsection 713(5) of the Corporations Act. if a Prospectus were to be issued in reliance of section 713 in respect of the issue.
