In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2, it is confirmed that the following resolution put to the Annual General Meeting of View Resources Limited held on Wednesday 26 November 2003 was passed on a show of hands:

Resolution 1 - Re-election of Mr Daniel Tucker.

In addition, information required to be disclosed by the Company in accordance with section 251AA of the Corporations Act as well as a presentation given by Mr Geoff Chapman, General Manager - Geology and Mr Derek Lenartowicz, Managing Director to shareholders is attached.
