With reference to the Shareholders' Meeting convened on 17 April 2025, on single call, Cellularline S.p.A. documentation pursuant to art. 77, co. 2-bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/99 and pursuant to art. 15, paragraph 1, letter a) of Consob Regulation no. 20249/17 is available at the Cellularline registered office.
Furthermore, kindly note that, with reference to the Report pursuant to Article 14 of Legislative Decree No. 39 of 27 January 2010 and Article 10 of Regulation (EU) No. 537 of 16 April 2014 on the separate financial statements as at 31 December 2024, also attached to the Financial Annual Report 2024 (Complete), due to a mere clerical error in the two documents previously published, on 26 March 2025, the last page of the Report itself was missing.
Notice is hereby given that the Report pursuant to Article 14 of Legislative Decree No. 39 of 27 January 2010 and Article 10 of Regulation (EU) No. 537 of 16 April 2014 on the separate financial statements as at 31 December 2024 and the Financial Annual Report 2024 (Complete) are available to the public at the registered office, on the Company's website at www.cellularlinegroup.com (Governance/Shareholders' Meetings Section and Investor Section) and on the authorised storage mechanism managed by Computershare S.p.A. at .
