CELLULARLINE S.P.A.: SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 17 APRIL 2025 PUBLICATION OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AND ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Reggio Emilia, 26 March 2025 – Cellularline S.p.A. ("Cellularline" or "Issuer") – listed on Euronext STAR Milan, market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. – announces that the Annual financial report, including the Consolidated financial statements as at and for the year ended 31 December 2024, the draft Parent Financial statements as at and for the year ended 31 December 2024, the Directors' report and the attestations required by article 154-bis, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998 ("TUF"), as well as the Independent Auditors' Report and the Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors, are available to the public on the Company's website www.cellularlinegroup.com (Governance/Shareholders' Meeting Section) and on the authorized storage mechanism ().

Additionally, the Corporate governance and ownership structure report required by article 123-bis of the TUF, the Report on the remuneration policy and fees paid required by article 123-ter of the TUF and the update of the Information Document related to the "2024-2026 Incentive Plan" prepared pursuant to Article 84-bis, paragraph 5 of the Issuers' Regulation have also been made available as indicated above.

The financial statements and the highlights of Cellularline's subsidiaries and associates pursuant to article 2429, paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Italian Civil Code, along with the accounting statements of its non-EU subsidiaries prepared in accordance with article 15 of Consob's "Markets Regulation" no. 20249/2017, will be made available to the public in accordance with the currently applicable legislation.
