("Cellularline" or "Company") – listed on Euronext STAR Milan, market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. – announces that the minutes of the ordinary and extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 12 December 2024 have been made available at the registered office of the Company, on the storage mechanism managed by Computershare S.p.A. at , as well as on the Company's website at the address www.cellularlinegroup.com, "Investor Relations /Shareholders' Meeting" section. The minutes in question include the summary report of the votes on the item on the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting, already published within the deadlines established by law.
