SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 22 NOVEMBER 2023 PUBLICATION OF THE CALL NOTICE AND THE DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE MEETING
Reggio Emilia, 20 October 2023 - Cellularline S.p.A. (hereinafter referred to as "Cellularline" or the "Company") hereby announces that the notice calling the Shareholders' Meeting to be held on 22 November 2023 was published today on the company's website www.cellularlinegroup.com and is deposited on the authorised storage mechanism (). An extract of this notice was also published today in the newspaper "Il Sole 24 Ore".
The proxy forms and information on the amount of share capital were also made available to the public at the registered office of the Company, on the Company's website at www.cellularlinegroup.com, in the Governance/Shareholders' Meeting section.
The explanatory report pursuant to Article 73 of Consob Regulation no. 11971/99 will be made available to the public, by the deadline and in the manner provided for by applicable regulations, at the registered office and in the section of the Company's website (www.cellularlinegroup.com, Governance/Shareholders' Meeting) dedicated to this Shareholders' Meeting as well as at the authorised storage mechanism ().
