Update on trading

Astrid Intelligence PLC announces that, further to its previous notification on 1 August 2025 in relation to the delisting of the Company from the LSE's Main Market and the FCA's Official List (the "Delisting"), the Delisting is now expected to take place on Wednesday 3 September at 8 am.

The Company's shares were admitted to trading to the Access Segment of the Growth Market of the Aquis Stock Exchange as of today. The Company has requested that trading is suspended until the Delisting has completed. Restoration of trading on Aquis is therefore expected to occur from Wednesday 3 September at 8 am.
