Astrid Intelligence PLC

("Astrid" or "the Company")

Operational Update - Decentralised AI Infrastructure Activities

Astrid Intelligence PLC (AQSE: ASTR), a decentralised artificial intelligence ("AI") company is pleased to provide an operational update following recent board appointments and the expansion of its activities within the Bittensor ecosystem.

Operating Company Positioning

Astrid is an operating company focused on the ownership, operation and development of decentralised AI infrastructure. The Company does not pursue a strategy of passive asset investment and is not an investment company. Digital assets utilised by the Company are held and deployed solely to enable network participation, infrastructure operation and protocol-level activities.

Subnet Ownership and Operations

Astrid owns and operates Subnet 127 within the Bittensor network, now branded Astrid Arena (formerly SigmaArena). Operating a Bittensor subnet requires continuous technical oversight, validator coordination, incentive calibration and active participation in network governance. Protocol-defined emissions received by the Company represent operating income generated through active network participation rather than returns on passive investment.

Bilateral Subnet Participation Arrangements

The Company has recently entered into a number of bilateral arrangements with subnet operators across the Bittensor ecosystem. These arrangements are designed to secure long-term participation rights, support subnet development and enable Astrid to operate validators and other protocol-level infrastructure across multiple networks.

Validator Operations and Infrastructure Expansion

In parallel with subnet ownership, Astrid is expanding its role as a network operator through validator operations across multiple Bittensor subnets. As part of its strategy of expanding its services within the Bittensor ecosystem the Company is also evaluating opportunities to acquire and operate decentralised infrastructure components, including protocol tooling and cross-network connectivity services, where aligned with its operational objectives.

Liquidity Coordination Infrastructure - Astrid Vault

Astrid is in the process of developing Astrid Vault, a protocol-native infrastructure platform intended to facilitate orderly liquidity coordination within the Bittensor ecosystem through transparent, rules-based and time-locked mechanisms. The Company intends to commit its own subnet emissions alongside third-party participants to demonstrate long-term alignment.

Capital Utilisation

Capital raised by the Company is deployed to expand operational capacity, fund infrastructure development and secure participation rights within decentralised AI networks. Where required for operational purposes, fiat capital is converted into relevant network tokens as a functional input to infrastructure activities.

Outlook

Astrid is transitioning from strategic repositioning into a phase of execution and infrastructure-led growth. The Board believes the Company is well positioned as an operator within decentralised AI networks and will provide further updates as execution continues.

Siam Kidd, Chief Strategy Officer of Astrid, commented:

"Astrid has completed a significant turnaround and is now focused on execution as an active operator within decentralised AI infrastructure. Supported by a robust financial position, we have clear plans to grow our operations across the Bittensor ecosystem with the aim of building a scalable and revenue-generating infrastructure. We look forward to updating shareholders with further news flow in the near term as we continue to deliver on this strategy."

The directors of Astrid Intelligence PLC take responsibility for this announcement.
