Notice of Annual General Meeting
Cellular Goods (LSE: CBX), a company specializing in developing next-generation skincare and wellness products, announces it will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 14:00 on 13 February 2024 at the offices of Fladgate LLP at 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG.
Details of the arrangements for this year's AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM. The Notice of AGM, together with a Form of Proxy, will be posted to shareholders today. The Notice of AGM will shortly also be available on the Company's website where the Annual Report and Financial Statements are also available.
