Notice of Annual General Meeting

Cellular Goods (LSE: CBX), a UK-based wellness company providing premium consumer products formulated with lab-produced cannabinoids, announces it will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 16:00 on 13 February 2023 at the offices of Fladgate LLP at 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG.

Details of the arrangements for this year's AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM. The Notice of AGM, together with a Form of Proxy, has been posted to shareholders today. The Notice of AGM will shortly also be available on the Company's website.
