Board of Directors Update

On December 31, 2022, Alain Godard informed the board of directors (the “Board”) of Cellectis S.A. (the “Company”) of his resignation as a member of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Godard’s resignation from the Board did not result from any disagreement with the Company.
