CELLCOM ISRAEL ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

NETANYA, Israel, January 19, 2017 – Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) (the "Company") announced today that its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") was held as planned on January 18, 2017, at which the Company's Compensation Policy was duly approved by the shareholders.
