CELLCOM ISRAEL LTD. SECOND QUARTER 2007 RESULTS RELEASE SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY, AUGUST 14, 2007

Netanya, Israel – August 7, 2007 – Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) (TASE: CEL) (hereinafter: the "Company"), announced today that it will be releasing its financial results for the second quarter of 2007 on Tuesday, August 14, 2007.

The Company will be hosting a conference call later the same day, at 9:00 am EDT. On the call, management will review and discuss the results and will be available to answer questions.
