CELLCOM ISRAEL LTD. ANNOUNCES CHAIRMAN RESIGNATION

NETANYA, Israel, February 23, 2020 – Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) (the "Company") announced today that Mr. Ami Erel, the Company's Chairman of the Board of Directors, informed the Company of his resignation from the board of directors, effective March 1, 2020.
