CELLCOM ISRAEL LTD. ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR FROM OFFICE
NETANYA, Israel, January 17, 2010 – Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) (the "Company") announced today that Mr. Avraham Bigger, a member of the Company's board of directors, notified the Company of his resignation from office, effective today.
Mr. Ami Erel, the Company's chairman of the board thanked Avraham Bigger on behalf of the board of directors and shareholders of the Company for his contribution to the Company throughout his tenure.
