CELLCOM ISRAEL ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

NETANYA, Israel, March 5, 2020 – Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) (the "Company") announced today that its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") was held today as planned, at which all the items on the Meeting's agenda were voted upon and duly approved by the Company's shareholders.
