Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 23, 2023, the Company issued a press release, filed as Exhibit 99, concerning a poster presentation that was delivered at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress in Spain on October 22, 2023. Data presented were from the Company’s pivotal Phase 3 study, the largest study ever conducted in newly diagnosed locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck.
