Cegedim, an innovative technology and services company, will host its 8th Investor Summit on December 11th, 2017, in its Boulogne-Billancourt Auditorium. The theme is "Cegedim DNA: a Unique Presence in the Connected Healthcare Ecosystem", with a specific focus on big data, software, digital, telemedicine, connected devices, RCM1, third party payment, and process digitization.

The meeting will be hosted by Jan Eryk Umiastowski, Cegedim Chief Investment Officer and Head of Investor Relations. It will include, for the first time, client testimonies and workshops dedicated to medical connected devices and virtual pharmacies. The agenda includes:

• 2015 - 2018: From business model transformation to an integrated, connected, full-service Cloud –digital suite, by Laurent Labrune, Deputy Managing Director of Cegedim.
• Cegedim: a unique connected healthcare ecosystem, by Jan Eryk Umiastowski.

At the meeting, Cegedim will also confirm:

• Its expectation for 2017 of like-for-like revenue growth of slightly more than 6.0%, and EBITDA in a range of €66.0 million to €72.0 million inclusive.
• That the process of divesting its Cegelease business is ongoing and that a sale is planned in the first quarter of 2018, although there is no guarantee a sale will take place.
