Cegedim will Host its 5th Investor Summit on December 16th, 2014

• From 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm (welcome coffee at 2:00 pm)
• Cegedim Auditorium, 17 rue de l'Ancienne Mairie in Boulogne-Billancourt

Paris, December 15, 2014 – Cegedim, a technology and services company specializing in the healthcare field, will host its 5th Investor Summit on December 16th in its Boulogne-Billancourt Auditorium. As with previous investor events, many financial analysts and journalists are expected to attend this meeting.

Agenda:

• Cegedim Group Activities and Strengths, presented by Jan Eryk Umiastowski (Cegedim)

Update on the on-going divestment of the "CRM and Strategic Data" division

• Focus on the "Healthcare Professionals" division

Including a presentation of Simply Vitale, the solution for traveling practitioners, and a demonstration of Kinapsys, an innovative tool for physical therapy based on Rehab Gaming, by Pierre Foucault and Romain Foucault (RM Ingénierie).

• Focus on the "Insurance and Services" division

Including a presentation of Cegedim Assurances and, in particular, the third-party payment offering, an activity with strong growth potential, by Philippe Simon (Cegedim Assurances).

• Conclusion

Financial situation in the first 9 months 2014 and announcement of upcoming financial events.

Cegedim will reiterate its targets for 2014 of at least stable revenue and operating margin from recurring operations.
