Cegedim's Board of Directors puts forward Frédéric Duchesne as Censor

Boulogne-Billancourt, France, November 27, 2019, after the market close

Cegedim's Board of Directors unanimously voted to propose the appointment of Mr. Frédéric Duchesne as Censor.

Mr. Duchesne's appointment to the position of Director must be approved by shareholders at Cegedim's next general meeting, which will take place on December 18, 2019.
