In furtherance to the letter dated October 25, 2021, this is to update that the approval of the Shareholders of the Company is being sought on the Resolution for the appointment of Mr. Paras K. Chowdhary (DIN:00076807) as a Non-executive Non-independent Director of the Company by way of Postal Ballot, by way of voting through electronic means (‘remote e-Voting’).

Further, please note that the remote e-Voting period for the said Postal Ballot shall commence from 09:00

am (I.S.T.) on Saturday, December 11, 2021 and shall end at 05:00 pm (I.S.T.) on Sunday, January 9, 2022 (both days inclusive). The Postal Ballot Notice with the explanatory statement is being scheduled to be sent to the shareholders electronically on December 10, 2021.
