Sub: Intimation of change of registered address of the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA)

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to the captioned subject kindly note that M/s TSR Darashaw Consultants Private Limited , Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (“RTA”) of the Company has informed that its existing registered office situated at 6-10, Haji Moosa Patrawala Ind. Estate 20, Dr. E Moses Road Mahalaxmi, Mumbai 400 011 has been shifted to below mentioned address and they shall be operating from the said office with effect from March 1, 2021:

“C-101, 1st Floor, 247 Park, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Vikhroli West, Mumbai 400083”

The Telephone Board No. and Fax No. of RTA will remain unchanged.

The above change is pursuant to the RTA becoming the wholly owned subsidiary of M/s. Link Intime India Private Limited. For the convenience of the shareholders, RTA’s current office situated at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai will continue to operate parallelly for a limited period, to service the walk-in shareholders.

RTA has also informed that for the benefit of investors and other stakeholders, the change of address has also been communicated by way of newspaper advertisement
