Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulation”), this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of CEAT Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, March 12, 2020, interalia, to consider and approve payment of interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company, for the financial year 2019-20.

Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulation, we hereby inform you that the record date for the purpose of interim dividend, subject to declaration of interim dividend and necessary approvals of the Board, shall be as under:

Further, pursuant to the “Code of Fair Disclosure (Including Determination of Legitimate Purpose), Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person(s)” of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with immediate effect until Saturday, March 14, 2020 and shall re-open on Sunday, March 15, 2020.
