In furtherance to our previous communications on the subject dated March 24, 2020 and May 4, 2020, we would like to state that, the Company has been able to partially resume functioning at its plant located at Mumbai (Maharashtra), with restricted movement of manpower as permitted by the concerned authorities in their approvals, while taking all the necessary steps for ensuring complete sanitization and social distancing norms.

The health, safety and wellbeing of the employees and the people at large is of utmost importance to the Company and the Company is closely monitoring the situation and taking necessary steps as may be required from time to time.
