Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Nomination Remuneration Committee at its meeting held today which concluded at 04:12 P.M, approved grant of 108,572 options, to eligible employees of the Company, pursuant to CEAT Employees Stock Options Scheme 2025 (‘Scheme’).

on the stock exchange having higher trading volume on the
trading day immediately preceding the date of grant by the
Committee)

13. Brief details of significant terms The Scheme is administered by the Nomination and
Remuneration Committee which acts as Compensation
Committee. The Scheme is implemented through Trust Route
wherein the CEAT Limited Welfare Trust shall acquire existing
shares by way of secondary acquisition from the Market.
