• Tranche 1 (ISIN INE482A07050) - 1,500 – 6.40% Secured, Rated, Listed, Taxable and Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value ₹10,00,000/- each, aggregating to ₹ 150 Crores, maturing on October 6, 2023 - as listed on the Debt segment of National Stock Exchange of India Limited w.e.f. October 19, 2020;

• Tranche 2 (ISIN INE482A07068) - 1,000 – 7.00% Secured, Rated, Listed, Taxable and Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value ₹10,00,000/- each, aggregating to ₹ 100 Crores, maturing on October 13, 2025 - as listed on the Debt segment of National Stock Exchange of India Limited w.e.f. October 20, 2020
