Decisionconcerning admission and conditional introduction of Series M shares ofthe Company to trading on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange

TheManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw ("theCompany"),pursuant to § 17 section 1 items 2 and 5 of the Finance Minister'sregulation of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information providedby issuers of securities and the requirements for recognition asequivalent of information required by the law of a non-Member State (JL2018 item 757), and in relation to the Company's Current Reports no.55/2022 of 9 December 2022, no. 53/2022 of 5 December 2022 and no.43/2022 of 17 October 2022, hereby announces that on 21 February 2023the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE")adopted a resolution concerning admission and introduction of 32,000Series M ordinary bearer shares of the Company to trading on the mainmarket of the WSE ("theResolution").

Accordingto the Resolution, admission to trading on the main market applies to32,000 Series M ordinary bearer shares of the Company with a nominalunit value of 1.00 PLN carrying ISIN code PLOPTTC00060 ("theShares").Furthermore, according to the Resolution the Shares shall be introducedto trading on the main market on 28 February 2023 under the conditionthat the National Depository for Securities carries out, on 28 February2023, assimilation of the Shares with Company shares which are alreadyadmitted to trading under ISIN code PLOPTTC00011.

TheCompany will communicate a statement concerning assimilation of Sharesby the National Depository for Securities by way of a separate CurrentReport.
