Subject: Court registration of the change in share capital

Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offerings Act currentinformation

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with registered seat in Warsaw(hereafter referred to as "the Company") hereby announces that on 30March 2021 it received notice stating that the District Court for theCity of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Department of the NationalCourt Registry had, on 30 March 2021, registered the change in of theCompany's share capital resulting from the acquisition of shares fromthe conditional capital increase, as previously disclosed in CurrentReport no. 61/20202 of 4 December 2020.

Following the reported increase, the Company's share capital amounts to100.654.626 PLN divided into 100.654.626 shares with a nominal value of1 PLN per share.

The total number of votes afforded by all shares of Company stock is100.654.626.
