In relation to Current Report no. 57/2020 of 17 November 2020 theManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw,Jagiellońska 74 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") herebyannounces that, according to a notice filed on 3 December 2020 by theCommunications Department of the Central Securities Repository ofPoland, 4 534 624 Series M ordinary bearer shares of Company stock, witha nominal value of 1 PLN per share (issued in order to facilitateimplementation of the Company incentive program as a conditionalincrease in the Company share capital, pursuant to Resolution no. 21 ofthe Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 24 May 2016) will havebeen registered on 4 December 2020, having been assigned the followingISIN code: PLCOMPR00010.
