Subject: Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association of CDPROJEKT S.A.

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., headquartered in Warsaw(03-301), Jagiellońska 74 (hereafter referred to as "the Company")hereby announces that on 4 December 2020 it received notice stating thatthe District Court for the City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th CommercialDepartment of the National Court Registry had, on 4 December 2020,registered the following changes in the Company's Articles ofAssociation stating that the Company's share capital would beconditionally increased from not more than 6.000.000 (six million) tonot more than 10.000.000 (ten million) PLN in accordance with Resolutionno. 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 22September 2020, as previously disclosed in Current Report no. 41/20202of 22 September 2020.
The consolidated text of the Company Articles of Association,acknowledging changes in the Company's conditional share capitalmandated by the aforementioned resolutions was published in the CurrentReport no. 49/2020 of 30 September 2020.
