Subject:Information on the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting concerningthe dividend payment

Legalbasis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offerings Act - current andperiodic information

TheManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw(the "Company") announces that on 23 June 2025 the OrdinaryGeneral Meeting of the Company passed a resolution concerning payment ofthe dividend in the amount of PLN 99,910,510.00, i.e. PLN 1.00 per eachCompany's share participating in the dividend.

Thedividend record date has been set for 30 June 2025 and the dividendpayment date for 9 July 2025. There are 99,910,510 Company shares whichconfer the right to the dividend.
