Legalbasis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering - currentand periodic information

TheManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw(_quot;the Company_quot;), pursuant to § 80 section 1 of the Finance Minister'sregulation of 29 March 2018 regarding publication of current andperiodic reports by issuers of securities and conditions under whichreports legally required by non-member states are considered equivalentto same (hereinafter referred to as _quot;the Regulation_quot;) hereby announcesthe dates of publication of periodic reports in 2024:_#160;

-Separate and consolidated annual reports for 2023 - 28 March 2024_#160;

Periodicreports for 2024:_#160;

-Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2024 - 28 May 2024

-Consolidated semiannual report for H1 2024 - 28 August 2024_#160;

-Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2024 -26November 2024_#160;

TheManagement Board of the Company also announces that, pursuant to § 79section 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish quarterlyreports for Q4 2023 and Q2 2024. Furthermore, the Company announces thatin accordance with § 62 sections 1 and 3 of the aforementionedRegulation, the consolidated quarterly and semiannual reports willinclude abridged versions of quarterly and semiannual separate financialreports respectively. Accordingly, the Company will not publish separatequarterly reports or a separate semiannual report.
