Subject: Information on the decision of the Ordinary General Meetingconcerning the dividend payment

Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offerings Act - current andperiodic information

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") announces that on 14 June 2024 the OrdinaryGeneral Meeting of the Company passed a resolution concerning payment ofthe dividend in the amount of PLN 99,910,510.00, i.e. PLN 1.00 per eachCompany's share participating in the dividend.

The dividend record date has been set for 21 June 2024 and the dividendpayment date for 27 June 2024. There are 99,910,510 Company shares whichconfer the right to the dividend.
