Subject:Information regarding sales data and production and marketing budget ofCyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty expansion

Legalbasis: Art. 17 section 1 of MAR - inside information

TheManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered seat in Warsaw ("theCompany"), based on reports from digital distribution platforms, herebyinforms that by the end of the first week after the launch, that is up toand including 3 October 2023, gamers have purchased over 3 millioncopies of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty expansion across all availablehardware platforms.

Atthe same time, the Management Board informs that according to initialdata the total value of direct expenses incurred on the production ofCyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty expansion amounted to approximately 275million PLN and the costsof the global marketing campaign related to the launch of the expansiondirectly organised by the Company amounted to approximately 95 millionPLN.

TheManagement Board of the Company has decided to disclose the aboveinformation in the form of a current report due to its potential impacton investment-related decisions.
