Subject: Supervisory Board recommendation concerning allocation of thenet profit obtained in 2023

Legal basis: Art. 17 of MAR - Inside information

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company"), with reference to the information disclosed inCurrent Report no. 6/2024 of 28 March 2024 hereby announces that on 16April 2024 the Supervisory Board of the Company endorsed the ManagementBoard's recommendation concerning allocation of the Company's net profitfor 2023.

Following a review of the Financial Statement of the Company for 2023and having reviewed the Management Board's recommendation to theSupervisory Board, the Supervisory Board recommends to the next OrdinaryGeneral Meeting that

the Company's net profit for 2023 amounting to PLN 474,705,302.51,decreased by the amount of PLN 30,617,741.79 constituting (indicated inthe periodic reports for the financial year 2023) the negative value ofthe retained earnings from previous years should be allocated as follows:

(i) the Supervisory Board proposes to transfer the amount of PLN344,177,050.72 to the reserve capital of the Company;

(ii) the Supervisory Board proposes to distribute the amount of PLN99,910,510.00 among the shareholders as a dividend, i.e. the dividend inthe amount of PLN 1.00 per one share of the Company.

The Supervisory Board furthermore endorses the recommendation submittedby the Management Board on the designation of:

- dividend date on 21 June 2024,

- dividend payment date on 27 June 2024.
