The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") hereby discloses the contents of a notificationreceived from Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo EmerytalneS.A. concerning possession of a major stock package and votes in theCompany.

In accordance with the received notification, the funds managed byNationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. increasedtheir total holdings of the shares of the Company and the total numberof votes in the Company up to more than 5%.
