TheManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw(the "Company") hereby discloses the contents of a notification receivedfrom The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. concerning control of a major stockpackage and votes in the Company a major share of stock and votes of theCompany.

Thereceived notification in English, together with its correspondingtranslation into Polish, is appended to this report.
