Legalbasis:Art.70 section 1 of the Offerings Act - purchase or sale of major stockpackage

TheManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw(the "Company") hereby discloses the contents of a notificationreceived from Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo EmerytalneS.A. concerning possession of a major stock package and votes in theCompany.

Inaccordance with the received notification, Nationale-Nederlanden OtwartyFundusz Emerytalny increased its total holdings of the shares of theCompany and the total number of votes in the Company up to5030 225 Company's shares representing 5,0347% votes._#160;

Asa result of this transaction the total holdings of shares and votes inthe Company of the funds managed by Nationale-Nederlanden PowszechneTowarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. (including shares and votes in the Companyheld by Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny) increased to5417 124 shares representing 5,4220% votes.
