Subject: Notification of major holdings

Legal basis: Art. 70 section 1 of the Offerings Act - purchase or saleof major stock package

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") hereby discloses the contents of a notificationreceived from The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. concerning holding rights toa major stock package and votes in the Company.

The received notification in English, together with its correspondingtranslation into Polish, is appended to this report.
