Current report no. 41/2023Subject: Notification of major holdingsLegalbasis: Art. 70 section 1 of the Offerings Act - purchase or sale ofmajor stock packageThe Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. witha registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") hereby discloses thecontents of a notification received from its shareholder - Mr. MichałKiciński, submitted on the basis of Art. 69 section 1 of the OfferingsAct. According to the notification the number of Company shares held byMr. Michał Kiciński decreased from 9 995 024 (i.e. 10.00% of the totalnumber of votes) to 9 989 363 (i.e. 9.99% of the total number of votes).

Mr. Michał Kiciński's notification was accompanied by the followingstatement: "I hereby declare that the stock sale transactions resultedsolely from my current investment needs. I wish to underscore that thereported sale of some of my stock is not indicative of a change in myattitude towards the Company as a major long-term shareholder thereof. Ideeply believe in the continued development and future successes of theCompany."
