Subject: Disclosure of inside information concerning the release date ofCyberpunk 2077

Legal basis: Art. 17 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) - insideinformation

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., headquartered in Warsaw(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby publicly disclosesinside information concerning the release date of Cyberpunk 2077, whichhad previously been subject to delayed disclosure under Art. 17 section4 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and ofthe Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation)and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of theCouncil and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and2004/72/EC (hereinafter referred to as "MAR").

On 4 June 2019 the Company Board, basing on the existing workplan andthe state of implementation of key development milestones, undertook thedecision to set the global release date of the game for 16 April 2020.The game will be released concurrently for the PC, PlayStation 4 andXbox One.

In the Board's opinion immediate disclosure of information concerningthe abovementioned release date would have prejudiced the Company'slegitimate interests, among others by hampering the carefully scheduledand consistently implemented marketing campaign which accompanies theanticipated release of CD PROJEKT RED's newest and largest project todate.

Pursuant to Art. 17 section 4 paragraph 3 of MAR, the Company filed anotice of delayed disclosure of the abovementioned inside informationwith the Financial Supervision Authority. In doing so, the Companyjustified its view that the reasons to seek delayed disclosure of insideinformation specified in Art. 17 section 4 items a) - c) of MAR apply inthe presented case.
