The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") hereby announces that on 6 September 2024 itreceived information that a civil class action lawsuit against theCompany (Class Action Complaint) (the "Lawsuit") had been filed in theUnited States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. TheLawsuit was filed on behalf of a user and a putative class of users ofthe GOG.com digital distribution platform for video games ("GOG"), whichis owned by GOG sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of the Company.

The plaintiff requests that the court adjudicates whether the use by GOGof certain technical solutions complies with the United States VideoPrivacy Protection Act and seeks payment of potential statutory remediesin the event that a breach is found to have occurred.

The Company currently is assessing the validity of claims as part of theaforementioned litigation. The number of putative plaintiffs who willparticipate in the case (Class Members), and therefore the total amountof the asserted claims are not yet known.
