Subject:Update of information regarding the class action lawsuit regardingtechnical solutions used by GOG

Legalbasis: Art. 17 item 1 of the Market Abuse Regulation - inside information

TheManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw(also defined as the "Company"),with reference to the current report of the Company no. 19/2024 of 6September 2024, informs that on 5 December 2024 it received informationfrom the law firm cooperating with the Company that the class actioncomplaint in the case pending before the United States District Courtfor the Eastern District of New York has been amended.

Inconsequence of the executed actions there has been a change of defendantfrom the Company to GOG sp. z o.o. with a registered office in Warsaw,being a CD PROJEKT Capital Group company. The claims raised against CDPROJEKT S.A. have been dismissed (in the form of voluntary dismissalwithout prejudice) and the Company is no longer acting as a defendant inthe described case.

Inconsequence of an analysis conducted by the Board in cooperation with alaw firm, the Board of the Company has concluded that the materialitylevel of the case does not justify further reporting on its status inthe form of current reports.
