Subject: Estimated earnings of the CD PROJEKT Group in 2020
Legal basis: Art. 17 section 1 of MAR - inside information
The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office inWarsaw (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby disclosesinformation regarding the estimated earnings of the Company's Group inthe 2020 financial year, as follows:
- consolidated sales revenues: 2 139 million PLN
- consolidated net profit: 1 154 million PLN
The Management Board wishes to note that these results are based on datawhich has not been subjected to a formal audit, and therefore may differfrom the final, audited results, which will be published by the Companyin its consolidated annual earnings report on 22 April 2021.
