Subject: Disclosure of transaction carried out by a person dischargingmanagerial responsibilities at the Company

Legal basis: Article 19 Section 3 of MAR

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") hereby discloses the contents of the notificationreceived on 23 January 2025 regarding the sale of 223,520 shares of theCompany by the person discharging managerial responsibilities at theCompany - Mr. Marcin Iwiński, Co-Chair of the Supervisory Board of theCompany.

Alongside the notification, Mr. Marcin Iwiński stated that the executedsale of shares resulted from his private investment needs and covered aportion of the share package he had taken up in 2020 as part of theincentive program functioning in the Company in years 2016-2019.Furthermore, Mr. Marcin Iwiński added that this decision does not changehis approach towards the Company, in which he is a long-term shareholderas well as towards the strategy of its development, which he co-createdand which he currently supports as the Co-Chair of the Supervisory Board.
