The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., headquartered in Warsaw(hereafter referred to as "the Company") hereby announces that on 19July 2018 it was notified of the sale of Company stock by a persondischarging managerial responsibilities at the Company.
According to received notification, on 19 July 2018, Ms. KatarzynaSzwarc - Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. sold10,000 shares of Company stock on the regulated market of the WarsawStock Exchange. The price per share was 200 PLN.
