Dear Sirs and Madams,

I wish to inform you that, as initially announced in October 2023, I am tendering my resignation from membership of the Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., effective at the end of 2024.

This decision is linked to my intent to seek appointment as Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. I believe that my 30 years' worth of experience at CD PROJEKT, along with thorough knowledge of the Group's development strategy and familiarity with challenges and opportunities facing the Group, may be of use in this new role. I am confident that as Member of the Supervisory Board I can effectively support the Management Board in guiding the CD PROJEKT Group and contributing to its long-term success.
