Subject:Appointment of Supervisory Board Members for a new term

Legalbasis:Art.56 section 1 item 2 of the Offerings Act - current and periodicinformation

TheManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw ("theCompany")hereby announces that on 28 November 2024 the Extraordinary GeneralMeeting of the Company adopted resolutions concerning:

(i)dismissal of Mr. Marcin Iwiński from his position as incumbent Member ofthe Supervisory Board, effective at the end of day on 31 December 2024;_#160;

(ii)appointment of the following persons as Members of the Supervisory Boardfor a new term, effective on 1 January 2025:

Mr.Marcin Iwiński,

Ms.Beata Cichocka-Tylman,

Mr.David Gardner,

Mr.Adam Kiciński,

ProfessorAgnieszka Słomka-Gołębiowska.

Theresolution on the dismissal and reappointment of Mr. Marcin Iwiński wasadopted at his request (as an authorised shareholder) for formal andprocedural reasons and was intended to allow Mr. Marcin Iwiński to begina joint new four-year term with the new Members of the Supervisory Boardfrom 1 January 2025.

Accordingto declarations filed with the Company, the persons appointed as Membersof the Supervisory Board for the new term:

arenot listed in the Registry of Insolvent Debtors maintained inaccordance with the Polish National Court Register Act of 20 August1997 (JL 2024, item no. 979),

donot engage in competition with the Company as partners in a civillaw partnership or personal partnership, as members of any officialbody of a limited company, or as members of any official body of anyother legal entity which engages in competition with the Company,and do not otherwise engage in competition with the Company in anyother way.
