Subject:Disclosure of intent to run for the position of Supervisory BoardChairman, along with resignation from the position of Member of theManagement Board
Legalbasis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering - currentand periodic information
TheManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw ("theCompany")hereby announces that on 4 October 2022 Mr. Marcin Iwiński (i) filed hisresignation from the position of Vice-President for InternationalContacts and Member of the Management Board of the Company, effective atthe end of the day on 31 December 2022, and furthermore (ii) notifiedthe Company of his intent to run for the position of Supervisory BoardChairman from the day immediately following the expiration of hismembership of the Management Board. His candidacy will be formallypresented prior to the next General Meeting.
