Between 1992 and 1995 Łukasz Wejhert studied at Portobello Business College in Dublin, majoring in Finance and Economy and obtaining a bachelor degree in 1995.

He began his professional career in 1995 at the ING Barings bank, as a capital market and structured finance analyst – a position he held until 1997. Between May 1997 and September 1999 he was employed as a manager at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell.

Łukasz Wejchert is the initiator and founder of numerous companies in the area of emerging technologies. In June 1999 he established Tenbit.pl – one of the first Polish entertainment vortals, where he held the position of CEO until 2002. In 2000 he co-founded EFARM S.A. with which he remained affiliated until 2001.

Between 1998 and 2012 Mr. Wejchert was a shareholder of ITI Holdings S.A.; in 2009-2012 he was also a member of that company's executive committee.

In 2001 Mr. Wejchert became vice president of Onet.pl S.A. (later Grupa Onet.pl S.A.), where he subsequently held the position of CEO between 2004 and 2011. During this period he carried out a series of mergers and acquisitions, and oversaw the rollout out a range of innovative products and services. Selected projects supervised by Mr. Wejchert included:

• acquisition of the Sympatia.pl dating and companionship portal,
• launch of OnetLajt (currently m.onet.pl) a mobile edition of Onet.pl,
• launch of OnetKonekt a countrywide independent online connectivity service for end users,
• creation of Zumi.pl an online location service which two years later became the leader of the Polish e-yellow pages market and received the Superbrands award,
• acquisition of PCLab.pl one of the largest and most popular Polish portals dedicated to computer hardware,
• creation of the OnetVOD service (in collaboration with TVN and Warner Bros.)

Mr. Wejchert also took part in negotiations and preparatory activities leading to the sale of a controlling package of Grupa Onet.pl S.A. stock.

Between 2006 and 2011 Łukasz Wejchart was Vice President of the Board of TVN S.A. in charge of developing online services.

As Board Member of Justtag Sp. z o.o. between its incorporation and 2014, Mr. Wejchert codeveloped that company's growth strategy and managed its financial, budgeting and strategic operations.

In 2012 Łukasz Wejchert founded Dirlango Sp. z o.o. – a company which specializes in providing strategic advice to other commercial entities, including business process optimization, seeking out attractive investment opportunities, assessing the profitability of investments and support in securing outside financing.
